Answer and Explanation:

One of the most immortal events in Act 1 of "Romeo and Juliet" takes place right in the first scene, where Capulet servants make mischievous jokes about women and the Montague family and wait for the servants of the other family to show up so they can be mocked. This reinforces the enmity between the families, even reaching the servants of the two who also saw themselves as enemies.

Another important event can be seen in the moment when Romeo is depressed for not having the love of Rosaline. Romeu feels completely downcast, while his friend Benvolio encourages him to forget Rosaline and go and enjoy the party that the Capulets will be promoting. This shows the true friendship between the two boys, in addition to being an omen for the first meeting between Romeo and Juliet.

A third important event is the movement of Juliet's family to find a good marriage for her, that promotes a good social position and that raises the Capulets' name. This shows how Julieta did not have the freedom to fall in love and could not choose her own husband.

Verizon [17]

<em>The orchard walls are high and hard to climb, And the place death, considering who thou art, If </em><em>any</em><em> of my kinsmen find thee here.</em>

<em>Any</em> is the indefinite pronoun because it means something like "it does not matter who of my kinsmen as long as the person is one of my kinsmen" although Present Day English demands agreement as third person singular (<em>if any of you agree</em><em>s</em>) in the passage the agreement is third person plural because from the point of view of meaning [<em>any of my kinsmen</em>] can be replaced as <em>they</em>  and the verb <em>find</em> agrees with this plural idea.

Present Day British English has this kind of agreement called collective noun which grammatically can function like the pronoun <em>they</em>, for example as in <em>the committee </em><em>have</em><em> started the meeting</em>). The word <em>police</em> is another example of collective noun by taking third person plural agreement as in the sentence <em>The police </em><em>have </em><em>arrived</em>.

The best answer here is the last one, that he interacts easily with both his superiors and the drivers. In the excerpt, we see how the narrator is able to talk with the officers with ease and then how he goes to the drivers with that same ease.

If we look at the other answers, we can see that they don't work. The first one doesn't make much sense as the narrator shows no preference towards either set of people. The second choice makes no sense because the narrator does not ask the officers for cigarettes. The third choice also does not make sense because there is no hint of derision from the narrator to the officers or drivers.
