How do novelists, like the author of Julie of the Wolves, use a novel's conflicts to develop its themes?

Answer:The book is written for young readers, and so has a simple style intended to be easily understood. Instead of using Realism or Naturalism in describing the wolves and nature, the author uses human-like descriptions to show their movements and how the protagonist ascribes her own emotions to their states.

if you were king acrisius would you do the same thing just to escape from his dreadful faith. why or why not?
KiRa [710]

Answer:

No, I wouldn't do the same thing that King Acrisius did.

Explanation:

From the whole story, we've come to understand that Apollo's oracle was inevitable. It was bound to happen unless Danae was killed before she could bore a child. King Acrisius couldn't kill his daughter because he feared the wrath of the gods. Although he made sure to keep her and her son, Perseus, away from him with all efforts. Sadly, in the end he was killed by Perseus just like how the oracle prophesied.

Therefore, if I were king Acrisius, I wouldn't have done the same thing as he did just to escape his dreadful fate. Instead I would keep Danae and Perseus close to me so that I could give them all my love and care as a father and grandfather while it lasts.
