Horrible attention from the receptionists. I booked to take off and they did not have the reservation and they almost left me without a room. In the end they charged me more and gave me a room on the first floor with a dark and old damp smell. The tiny TV was a joke and older than the hotel. Bad in all services. It's not worth it, even if it's cheap and I'm going to ask you to return my money. And the worst is the attention. Never go! -Www.tripadvisor.com What does the guest need to do?
