Answer:

No It is mostly the work of Athene combined with Nausicca's own character and Odysseus' wisdom. First the reason that Nausicca is even present to find Odysseus by the river is because Athene suggested that she go and do the laundry as a dutiful daughter.

Dafna1 [17]

The ironic thing in the words used by the narrator to describe the summoner in "the prologue" to The Canterbury Tales is:

 • The Summoner was corrupt and was ready to forgive a transgression for a cup of wine

According to the complete text, we can see that the Summoner is trying to convince a transgressor that he would allow him to keep a concubine if only he gave him a quart of wine.

As a result of this, we can see that the ironic thing is that the Summoner is supposed to be a church excommunicator who is sent by the Archdeacon to expunge people who committed offences against the doctrines of the church but he was willing to accept a bribe so that he would not do his job.

What is the relationship between hypothesis and scientific theory?
Please speed
Gemiola [76]
A scientific theory is when a theory is tested, well-substantiated, unifying explanation for a set of verified, proven factors. A theory is always backed up with evidence. A hypothesis is only a suggested outcome and it's testable and falsifiable.

Stella [2.4K]

Hi. I believe you want this story to be complemented. So, I hope the answer below can help you.

One day while serving tea, rhyme broke a tea cup. So, her mistress, possessed of rage, grabbed her by the arm and shook her violently as she yelled, "Clumsy! You broke the cup that was given to me by my parents, you does not deserve forgiveness."

The mistress took her hand to hit Rima violently. Rima, already waiting for the impact she would receive from the slap, closed her eyes tightly and turned her face to the side. There was nothing she could do to defend herself and the fear and anxiety made her cry violently as she whispered apologies.

While waiting for the slap she would receive, Rima noticed that her master entered the room and grabbed her wife's hand, who pushed Rima to the floor and started screaming about how much Rima should be punished. The master asked his wife to calm down and said that hitting the poor girl would not bring the cup back and asked the wife not to give so much importance to material things, especially when they can be replaced.

He walked towards Rima, lifted her off the ground and asked her to stop crying because no one would harm her. Rima was still very scared, but grateful for the master's words.

He asked Rima to go to the kitchen and asked another girl to serve the tea.

Still sad and shaken, Rima obeyed him and on her way to the kitchen, she thanked God, in silent prayer, for living with a man as wise as the master.
