I want to say it will be first-person. Third-person is an outside voice, someone that is not a character in the plot. It seems as if the narrator is talking about himself, which is why I deduce it to being a first-person point of view.
I think this is A. Because it can add subtle hints of the setting and describes the characters.

The fact that it's third person does not change the word since it can be said as "I respect you", "You respect yourself" "They respect each other"
