Thomas Jefferson believed that constitution should be kept as close to the early draft as possible.

Hamilton believed that constitution should be strengthen.

Explanation:

The early draft of the constitution was made by including set of measurements that each states can do to limit the power of the central government. Those limitations were made in order to ensure that the people have the chance to fight back in case the central government is using its authority to violate the people's right.

Thomas Jefferson was a major advocates for individual freedom. This was the reason why he believed that we should made little to no change to the constitution.

Hamilton believed the opposite. He believed that the central government should had complete authority over the states and the people. This power should be reflected within the constitution.

Because of this, Hamilton believe that we should add as much as amendment as we can to ensure that the central government has complete authority,.
