I would say there is a 1 in 9 chance, or one ninth (I don’t know how to do the fraction symbol) of your tries would be on the number 2. This is because there are 9 options to choose from but we are strictly speaking of the probability of you choosing one.

For the second question I would say 1 in 9, or 1 ninths of your tries will be on a number less that seven that is also a multiple of 4. The only multiple of four that is less than 7 is four.
