Answer: I should be celebrated because he found america, if he had not we wouldn't be here today. also, he found what everyone thought was a whole new world, hince the name the New World. some people could argue that it shouldn't be celebrated because he indirectly caused the death of thousands or millions of Natives. & he also intruded into their home.
