Answer: question 4: third person.

question 2: b, he is traveling north

Explanation: well think about how the story is talking to you, is the frog telling the story? no. is the scorpian telling the story? no therefor its a narrator telling the story. and the point of this story is all about how the scorpian can't swim so he asks for the frogs help. however the frog is worried because the scorpian has a deadly sting. and the reason the scorpian has to ask the frog for help is because he needs to cross the river so through process of elimination we see that the only answer that isnt important to the story is b, he is traveling north.

what punchline does Twain build to in paragraph 4? ( The Notorious Jumping Frog of Calaveras County )
NARA [144]

The finishing point constructed by Twain is: when the old man is about to finish the story of Jim Smiley's jumping frog, another individual interrupts him. The narrator tries to leave the place, but the old man reaches it. The story ends with the old man who starts telling the narrator about a yellow cow with only one eye of Jim Smiley.

This is the proper way to respond to ideas which a person does not agree with, in a group discussion as it gives respect to both parties, and lets both of them learn why one view is given versus another.
