Answer:

Citation of an article from a scholarly Journal: Lloyd, Fiona. "Argumentative Essay Writing Guidelines."Young Writer's Digest 4.2 (April 2011): 403-215. Print.

Citation of a book: Bryan, Casey, Flashes of Rain. London: Cambridge Press, 2004. Print.

Citation of a newspaper article in print: Michaels, Lila. "Off the Beaten Path." The Austin Chronicle 14 May 2014 late ed.: B2. Print

Explanation:

The basic format for a book citation is:

Last Name, First Name. Title of Book. City of Publication, Publisher, Publication Date.

The basic form for a scholarly Journal is:

Author(s). "Title of Article." Title of Journal, Volume, Issue, Year, pages.

To cite a newspaper article, we use the same format for a magazine article:

Author(s). "Title of Article." Title of Periodical, Day Month Year, pages.

However, if there is more than one edition available for that date, like a late edition in this example, it should be stated after the newspaper title.

Mila [183]

The answer for this would be A: Research the company.

A short explanation as to why is below:

<em>Of course I'm not saying don't research the company's goals and values before going to an interview. You should do that to see if you'd be a good fit. You should even research the interviewer to see what exactly you're getting yourself into. </em>

<em>But when you show up to the interview, you should have questions about the company when you get there. Researching about the company too much beforehand won't allow the interviewer to answer any questions you may have because...well... you have none. Interviewers like interaction, and they also like questions. So, as you get to know the company during the interview, continue to offer questions. </em>

Hope this helped you out!
