How can annotating help you and how do you “talk to the text”?

Answer:

Talking to the text, make like connections to the text basically in the text box next to it (blank text box) you like talk to it as if you're talking to a person. Using the text box, you read through the paragraph and if you see something you can relate to in the past or something that's been present, you'll put that in the text box. And if there's something you've heard about in the text, you put that in the text too and then you underline the paragraph in the store that you can relate too. And then put a star next to it

For question one, heared is not a word. If it is, it is not the correct answer for question one. Heam means womb, and they are certainly not talking about wombs.

Question two may be a little trickier. If you just use this sentence, 'She's (blank) all the way from the bus terminal', it's easier. Try saying the words out loud and see which sound right and which don't sound right. Runnen is not a word, run would be good in this sentence, but since they're using 'She's' instead of 'She', ran is the correct answer.

You can continue to use the helpful tip to read the sentences out loud and canceling out the words that don't sound correct.

If you are confused on an answer and think the question isn't correct, I will try doing research to see what I've gotten wrong, or will explain more on the answer.

He then slowly lowered his gun when he saw the injured young gentleman. Though suspicious, the old man invited the group inside and made an ice bath for Tyler’s sprained ankle. He then asked how the injury happened. Kristian happily told the story, still secretly laughing as he replayed the events in his head.
