First off, it is largely rural. There are a few medium-sized cities here, but other than that, this is a very rural area. The fact that our overall living standards are high and good is both a pro and a drawback; they are expensive, but most jobs pay well enough (well regulated minimum wages). The politicians, despite their flaws, are generally not outright wicked people who exploit us, and the checks and balances system works. It is one of the safest countries, fairly egalitarian, has no true social hierarchy (compared to most of the rest of the world), and has strong press freedom. Strong worker rights exist, and society as a whole functions well. And of course its spacious and a lot of decent natural sites. Yeah, as another con i can add that it may be hard, unless you have a very outgoing personality to get friends as an adult. Of course it is easier if you are in certain organizations (sports, hobby, religious).

GDP, which we use right now, to see how many people have jobs, at what income, to decide how good the economy is. We could possibly use population density, as poorer countries/less developed countries tend to be more dense all around. Mainly economic things though, so GDP, income per capita. We use life expectancy, rate of literacy, freedom index..hope this helps
