In John Steinbeck’s “The Turtle,” what happens to the red ant that slips inside the turtle’s shell?
olasank [31]
When the red ant slips inside the turtle's shell, the turtle withdrew its head, and limbs into the shell, thus crushing the ant.
The turtle stopped its voyage to rest, when all of a sudden, an ant crawled inside its shell, which bothered the turtle. This is why it decided to kill the ant, and just keep on walking afterwards, as if nothing happened at all. The ant is not mentioned anymore in the story because it is irrelevant.

Describe the plot structure of the story?
Anuta_ua [19.1K]

Explanation:

Plot structure' refers to the patterns the events of a story form. Some cite Aristotle as one of the first writers to codify story structure. He wrote in his Poetics (though in specific reference to tragedy) that every story should have a beginning, middle and end – our most basic ideas of structure

What is a heart connection with someone?
madam [21]

The heart connection is a caring, reassuring, and emotional bond between a kid and their parent, as well as between a parent and their child. This relates to the bonding or attaching process.

A feeling of congruence and intimacy between two individuals that transcends mere physical attraction, amusement, cursory talks, or even intellectual similarity is known as an emotional connection. Instead, it seems more like you're connecting on a soul level, and you feel comfortable doing so.

Try this simple meditation to connect with the energy of your heart:

  • Sit somewhere and make yourself comfortable.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Picture it.
  • Let your thoughts and feelings come and go without judgment.
  • Simply relax and see what your heart has to say.
  • Take all the time you want to listen to your heart.
