Why are some snacks such as candy, potato chips, and soft drinks considered poor nutritional choices, while others like fruits, vegetables, and plain popcorn ar?

BECAUSE  CANDY SODA (ECT...) HAVE MORE SUGAR WHICH TURN INTO FAT AND FAT IS HARD TO GET RID OF EVERY ONCE AND A WHILE IT IS OK BUT NOT EVERYDAY :D
