Asking the question, ''Where does the action take place?'' is useful for determining the setting of the place where the action is being held. It is not the plot as the plot describes what will happen within the story. The central conflict is a problem that must be solved. Point of view is who is telling the story. Setting is where things are taking place.
Mark Antony is repeating that line to discredit Brutus by giving examples to prove that Caesar wasn't ambitious. If Brutus was honorable man he wouldn't have killed Caesar to get what he wanted to accomplish.
