Prokaryotic cells have a nuclear while eukaryotic cells have a nucleus. Eukaryotes have membrane bound organelles. Eukaryotes have chromosomes while prokaryotes do not. Also prokaryotic cells have circular DNA while eukaryotic cells have linear DNA, or "double helix".
Community acquired pneumonia is caused by a bacteria pathogen called streptococcus pneumoniae. Pneumonia is an infection that causes the inflammation of the air sacs in one or both lungs. The first line drug for an adult diagnosed with community acquired pneumonia would be Azithromycin. Azithromycin is an antibiotic used to treat many bacterial infections.
They can confiscate the abusive drug the person if using, or admit the person to rehab, or simply apply them for therapy. They can substitute the drug for something else like say it was a cigarette, you could instead use cigarette shaped candy’s. There are quite a bit of ways to help but those are just a few.
