Answer:

1) Well Lenin and his communist regime had this famous saying called “Peace, Land, Bread”. Peace becuase during this time world war 1 was still a thing and Russia was loosing so they’ll get out of war. Land for the poor so they can make a living ano get out of poverty. Bread for hungry people all over the country and they’ll be provided food. The provisional government did not do this so they protested and wanted the Soviets in power. (Not exactly accurate but its the basic)

2) He brought war communist as an economic system for the newly established USSR. Beliveing communism is the best for everyone to be treated eqaul and be given the correct amount of money.

-people wanted to move because they wanted better lives. they faced dangerous journeys .
-they moved west because land was cheap or free and they thought they would do better business in the west .
-people who weren't making business or wasn't making any money, found the opportunities to move west to start everything all over again
