1. I would say after 9/11 our relationship with Islam has been weary because a lot of people make an assumption that they may be “dangerous” when 99% of them are harmless and are normal people.

2. Islamophobia is the fear of, hatred of, or prejudice against the religion of Islam or Muslims in general, especially when seen as a geopolitical force or the source of terrorism.

1. Islam is the third largest religion in the United States, after Christianity and Judaism, we study and practice their religion. A study estimated that 3.45 million Muslims were living in the United States, about 1.1 percent of the total U.S. population, the U.S. welcomes them and their cultures making a friendly relationship. Although 9/11 hit U.S. kind of though Islam was attacking and became cautious.

2. Islamophobia is the dislike of or prejudice against Islam or Muslims, especially as a political force and terrorism.
