Explanation:

The picture is about five children celebrating a birthday party of one of them. From the picture, it can be inferred that the celebrant is the one in the middle. A girl, who is probably the oldest among the children.

The children are a group of three girls and two boys. They were all happy to take the picture, as it can be seen from looks and charming smile. Each one of them had been served a plate of the meal, which is assumed to be piece of cake or appetizers. They have also been served with drinks as well, which are assumed to be juice and coffee.

The place is well decorated, with the inscription of Birthday that can be seen on the children's back. Not only that, there are blue balloons shown around, which is proof of a well-decorated room. While one may not be so sure these children are of the same nuclear family, what is most assured is the fact that they are friends, which can be seen in the way they all choose to be together to take the picture.
