It's best to look on the bright side of things. If you're really sad that something's changing, see what you can do to look on the bright side or just embrace it. It'll make things a lot easier.
So now that we have a basic idea of what change is, where do we go from here? Well we know that change is gonna happen either way, even if we don't want it to. That can be hard to deal with, but there's one thing that we should remember through all of this. And it's that change is inevitable. It's unavoidable. So we should always make the most of it.
