Answer:

Yes the government did think of other ways to keep Japanese away from American so they would not cause harm and still be free. They put Japanese in other countries where it would only house them, so it was mostly a Japanese country. The government would have found another way to punish them instead of incarcerating them to where they would die of there crimes, showing the US what happens if you stepped out of line, bring fear to many.

Explanation:

Hope that helps

A federal communications commission requirement for broadcasters who air programs on controversial issues to provide time for op
natima [27]

Fairness Doctrine is the name of the doctrine which a Federal Communications Commission required for broadcasters who air programs on controversial issues to provide time for opposing views. This doctrine was then ceased to be enforced in 1985 by the FCC.

What is the Fairness Doctrine?

The Fairness Doctrine of the United States Federal Communications Commission was introduced in 1949. It was a policy which required the broadcast license holders to present controversial issues of public importance. They were also required to do this in such a manner that different and contrasting viewpoints could be fairly reflected.

The reason why it was ceased to be enforced was because the FCC realized that there were many radio and TV stations, which represented all the differing viewpoints on controversial issues.

How did large-scale agriculture lead to new patterns of living in river valley civilizations?
Alex73 [517]
Many primary civilizations started in river valleys because for the cities in each civilization an important portion of the population existed in cities. Large-scale farming was a requirement to feed the large populations. Fertile due to flooding the land by rivers was home to lush plant life and an outstanding place to plant and grow crops. The close source of water permitted for irrigation for the large-scale farming as well as drinking and bathing. Water also intended animals and animals meant food so this was another advantage to settling in river valleys. Settling and living in river valleys later main to further development of civilizations and new patterns of living such as trade and communication by means of the river for transportation.
