1. eye-catching and sensationalistic graphics

Looking at the graphic, you will see that the family looks happy. Also, we see a piece of plaster on their arm which informs us that they have just been vaccinated. Their smiles and togetherness is eye-catchy and sensational.  

2. Language meant to evoke emotion.

The language used in the explanation reveals that the outcome of not vaccinating can lead to serious sicknesses and even death. Such language usage evokes a negative emotion.  

4. Text formatted in different ways.

Formatting some sentences into larger texts and bolding vital phrases help to show importance of what is stated and to attract more attention to those topics.

After Arsat and his brother run away with Diamelen, they were chased by Rajah's men for Diamelen was a servant of the Rajah's wife. Arsat's brother had a plan to hold the men off while the couple run through the forest. His brother gave them time to run and then plan to catch up with them later. But when the enemies were attacking Arsat's brother, Arsat didn't turn back and helped him. They continue to paddle away leaving him to die. So, the result f the two brothers running away was the death of Arsat's brother because of Arsat's betrayal and cowardice.
