In America, the third parties are typically faced with many challenges. The Republican candidates and democrats go to the ballot automatically, while those from third parties have to find multiple petition signatures so that they can be in the ballot. The federal and the state government.

Ensure they govern the elections by making sure that both republican and democratic leaders with strong incentives for protecting their roles compose them. The third parties are usually faced with issues of finances because a party must receive at least 5% votes to qualify for the federal money.
