Religion B belongs to Universal because Universal religions are made up of people from several different ethnic backgrounds and they convert and welcome people from all around the world and are not bound to a specific region. Religion E belongs to an ethnic religions because ethnic religions do not try to appeal to everyone; rather, they appeal to a certain group of people, whether it be in a single location or ethnicity.
