It depends on how sharp your memory is but a good way is you read the word and transalation twice and then say it without looking and then try saying the whole thing that u have memorized

For question 2, it's "aburridísimo"
For question 3, I think you do the same but keep it plural, so "interesantísimos" I would imagine.
