Answer:

super biased but here's my take. Maybe you could grab some ideas from it.

Explanation:

Dear sister,

I'm so happy you are going to _________. You will have so much fun there, and grow so much. Here are some tips before your first day: On the first day of school, try to meet  as many people as possible. Don't by shy and talk to them, because they are probably just as nervous as you are! I would try to get _____ as your math teacher AT ALL COSTS. If you get _____, switch your classes (you will thank me later). Also, get to know the counselor, _____! A good relationship with her is a great way to feel more comfortable with the school. Don't take _____ Jazz class. Take _____ instead. MT has a jumble of everything so you will totally like it. I would sign up for key club just because it looks good for college apps and you get to pick the services to finish.

P.S. here are some quick tips to remember all the time

- When taking notes, make sure it's all in one note book. I would get 1 note book a class, especially your AP classes.

- Take advantage of office hours!! If the subject is confusing, just ask the teacher. It's their job.

- Only raise your hand after the teacher is finished talking. This helps lessen distractions in the room, and they might answer the question eventually!

- be respectful to everyone. Even if you are a higher grade, everyone's lives are crazy enough so don't add to the madness.

- Have fun! Join clubs!

Love,

(your name)

SSSSS [86.1K]

Answer:

linguistic relativity

Explanation:

Linguistic relativity involves regarding all dialects as equally logical and effective means of communications, and it also avoids to classify speech patterns  within a grading system. Therefore, according to the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis, language influences the thoughts and judgements of their speakers. As a result, no dialect is better than another - each dialect leads to its speakers to have different viewpoints and jump to different conclusions.

PLEASE HELP!!!! 35 POINTS!!!
Vadim26 [7]
The last sentence of an opening paragraph is usually the thesis.

I would say choice "A". Every high school student graduate should be required to work in another country to increase his or her awareness of global issues.

Usually thesis statements have reasons that set up the rest of the essay.

For example. "required to work in another country" and "increase his or her awareness" are two reasons they can set up two paragraphs in the essay.

I hope this helped you! If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask me.
