i seriously had the same thing when i was younger i couldn't breathe at certain times and if i focused on my breathe i forgot how to breathe also if i took in deep breathes i would forget how to regulate it sometimes i would just have like breathing attacks where i would gasp for air for no reason i had to get an inhaler and i used it for a lil i'm better now but i still can breathe like a normal person lol
