A dress code exists for the benefit of the company and the workers. Customers expect to go to a business and receive the help that they came for. It is necessary to have a dress code because it shows how the workplace takes their tasks seriously and that their focus is towards the customers.

We chose to go with the dress code being a good choice because we felt that it is something that is essential to a business. If there is no dress code, then there is no organization which can result in a loss of production in a business.
