“convert to a different number system as mentioned” there was no number system mentioned, but if you are just trying to find 17 * 10 = x * 2

all you need to do is find that 17 * 10 = 170 and 170/2 is 85 so

17 * 10 = 85 * 2

Which computer is the fastest to process complex data?
Andreas93 [3]

Answer:

D. 2.6 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive

Explanation:

In Computer science, the processor speed of a computer can be defined as the number of cycles per seconds that the central processing unit (CPU) of a computer operates. The processor speed typically determines the number of information that a computer is able to execute per seconds. Therefore, the higher or faster the processor speed the faster the computer in processing complex data.

Generally, the processor speed of a computer is measured in megahertz (MHz) or gigahertz (GHz).

Additionally, Radom Access Memory (RAM) can be defined as the main memory of a computer system which allow users to store commands and data temporarily. RAM is measured in megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB).

Generally, the Radom Access Memory (RAM) is a volatile memory and as such can only retain data temporarily.

All software applications temporarily stores and retrieves data from a Radom Access Memory (RAM) in computer, this is to ensure that informations are quickly accessible, therefore it supports read and write of files.

Hence, the computer which is the fastest to process complex data is the 2.6 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive because of the higher processor speed and RAM size.

According to "When Is a Planet Not a Planet?" scientists determined that Pluto was not a planet. What were the causes that led t
Murrr4er [49]

Answer:

Hi there!

The correct answer will be: C. Pluto’s orbit crossed over the orbit of another planet.

Explanation:

When determining whether a planet is planet the IAU stated the planet must (a) is in orbit around the Sun, (b) has sufficient mass for its self-gravity to overcome rigid body forces so that it assumes a hydro-static equilibrium (nearly round) shape, and (c) has cleared the neighborhood around its orbit. For poor Pluto's case he did not clear part (c).

63:47 One side in a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connection has not been able to properly recover from a series of malfor
vovangra [49]

Answer:

RST

Explanation:

What is RST TCP?

In a stream of packets of a TCP connection, each packet contains a TCP header. Each of these headers contains a bit known as the "reset" (RST) flag. ... One common application is the scenario where a computer (computer A) crashes while a TCP connection is in progress.

Why TCP RST is sent?

RST is sent by the side doing the active close because it is the side which sends the last ACK. So if it receives FIN from the side doing the passive close in a wrong state, it sends a RST packet which indicates other side that an error has occured.
