However, it did leave them in massive debt. As for the French, having lost, they also were banished from the New World. They handed their claimed territory all over to the British Empire, along with Canada also. They did manage to save a few islands though. Lastly, the Native Americans were given the bad end of the stick. The tribes that had been at aid for the French were cut off from their supplies and forced the tribes to compel to the new laws of the British Empire.
