Yes, Even tho it's freedom of speech people would take advantage of the fact that you can say anything you want. But with the sedition Act, it's still freedom but with some...disadvantages? or limits?

3) When he says he's "Letting go of things" its to prevent the negative outcome from all thinks he finds positive. His teaching seem pure and of good but because of the negative things that come from them, He's willing to disregard them. As he disregards boundaries people prosper from them, like the law thing, he lets go of it and from that, people become truth tellers and honest people.
