Japan because it haven't experienced before
New Jersey is a state in the northeastern<span> and mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. It is bordered on the </span>north<span> and east by New York, on the southeast and south by the Atlantic Ocean, on the west by Pennsylvania, and on the </span>southwest<span>by Delaware.</span>
The poles receive more direct sunshine so it has to do with the angle that the light hits. The Earth is round and when light hits it the light wraps around the earth. At the poles the light is very stretched and at the equator it is very direct hence it is hotter at the poles.
