Read the sentence.
Wewaii [24]
A compound sentence.

In a compound sentence, simple sentences become known as independent clauses; the two independent clauses together make up a compound sentence. ... The second is a simple sentence consisting of one independent clause with one subject and two verbs (or one verb used twice)

Example:

A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on.

I want to lose weight, yet I eat chocolate daily.

What are two things we should be careful about when using adverds
babymother [125]
If you're talking about adverBs, then you should be carful to use them in the right context, like if somone is feeling sad and does something, then you say that they did it "sadly". Also be careful to use them sparingly. Don't layer up with just adverbs. If you do, the writing becomes a whole lot more dense, and it gets boring to read.
