Answer and Explanation:

Scrooge is avaricious and for that reason sees the world as a place of avarez, where people are terrible and do not deserve consideration. He believes that Christmas is an invention to take money from people like him and that nobody needs Christmas to survive, it is something superfluous and meaningless.

His nephew and Cratchit have a very different view, they believe that the world is a place of kind people who can help those in need, Christmas being the perfect time for that, to be generous, loving and to celebrate with the family.
