Lets start by going over the difference between internal conflict and external conflict. Internal conflict is when refers to a character's internal struggle for example a character might struggle with an emotional problem such as fear of intimacy or even abandonment. On the other hand external conflict which is a struggle that takes place between the main character and some outside force for an example when the protagonist struggles against the antagonist. By using this knowledge we can now tell the difference.

What qualities does Lady Macduff share with her son in Macbeth?
dexar [7]

Answer:

Lady Macduff has a close and loving relationship with her son, which contrasts Lady Macbeth when she claims she would have 'dashed the brains out' of her own child. She is also upset by Macduff's abandon, which suggests that he may be more loyal to his country than his wife (the opposite of Macbeth).

People began to look around to see the Hutchinsons. Bill lutchinson was standing quiet, staring down at the paper his hand.  Suddenly, Tessie Hutchinson shouted to Mr. Summers, "You didn't give him time enough to take any aper he wanted. I saw you. It wasn't fair!"

"Be a good sport, Tessie." Mrs. Delacroix called, and Mrs. Graves said, "All of us took the same chance." "Shut up, Tessie," Bill Hutchinson said.

Tessie Hutchinson is in conflict with society.

Bill Hutchinson is in conflict with his feelings.

Mrs. Delacroix is in conflict with Tessie.

Mr. Summers is in conflict with society."

Answer:

Tessie Hutchinson is in conflict with society.

Explanation:

A conflict with society is perceived in a literary work when a character needs to fight or is in disagreement with the government, with an organization or with a group of people within the community.

In the text shown above, we can see that Tessie Hutchinson is at odds with some people about a particular game she is playing. she disagrees with mrs. Delacroix, with Mrs. Graves, with Bill Hutchinson and with Mr. Summers. This shows that she is against the concepts raised by a group of people, so she is in conflict with society.
