If the question and answer are old (I don't know exactly how old they have to be), you will no longer be able to type a comment on an answer. If the question is relatively new, you can use the comment button on the bottom right-hand corner of the answer to comment on the answer.

Look for the + (plus) sign to begin your upload.
Locate the location of the documents either on your local computer or sync with google sheets.
