It depends on the acting position you have

Explanation:

If you just have a minor role and are not really a famous profesional you probably will just have a normal day and shoot your scene at some point during the day. If you have a major acting role you are going to be much more busy and end up probably either waking up really early or staying up really late. You also will spend a lot of time practacing your lines and getting your stage makeup on.
