Recipe of Khichuri

1. Take a bowl and soak the roasted rice and roasted lentils separately and keep it aside.

3. Take a pan and add the whole spices along with 2tbsp oil and roast it for 1 minute.

4. Now add soaked rice and dal. Mix it 2-3 times and let it heat for 5 minutes.

5. Then add some water, green peas, potatoes, and cauliflower and let it cook for 10 more minutes.

6. Finally, add ghee and stir it thoroughly.

Two reasons why it is good or healthy food.

1. It is simple to prepare and an extremely delicious item that improves our immunity system.

2. Ingredients such as Yellow lentils and vegetables gives proteins and vitamins to our body.
