Abominable means horrible or unthinkably bad. It is a pretty strong word. You are generally revolted by something to call it abominable.

Time cannot really be abominable. B is wrong.

No C is not the usual way to use abominable. It has moral implications.

Derek is doing a good thing if he is trying to help the homeless. Abominable is not a good thing nor does it describe a good action or thing.

The answer is A. Whoever wrote the sentence is horrified that he would treat a motorbike so badly. It is an expensive machine and must be taken care of.
