If marta travels 8 miles in 80 minutes how many miles will she travel in 210 minutes
Y_Kistochka [10]
It's easier if you know 1 minutes = ... miles

If, 80 minutes = 8 miles
Then, 1 minute = 0.1 mile

Therefore 210 minutes = 210 . 0.1 miles = 21 miles

Identify the vertical asymptote(s) of the function. PLEASE ANSWER FAST
guapka [62]
f (x) = (x + 2) / (x ^ 2 - 3x - 4)
 For this case, the first thing you should know is that the vertical asymptotes are those for which the function is not defined.
 The function is not defined for those values that make the denominator equal to zero.
 We have then:
 x ^ 2 - 3x - 4 = 0
 We look for the roots by factoring:
 (x-4) * (x + 1) = 0
 The roots are:
 x1 = 4
 x2 = -1
 Answer:

The vertical asymptotes of the function are:

x = 4

x = -1

Can somebody please explain to me how you get the answer 14.6 when you subtract negative 9.3 from negative 23.9. Please Help?!?!
miss Akunina [59]
Hi so have you heard of KFC?  It stands for keep flip change.  You use it when adding or subtracting or when you're dividing fractions.  So you keep the first part of the problem the same; you flip the sign of the second part, and change the sign of the third part.  So -23.9- -9.3 becomes -23.9 + +9.3.  So take away 9.3 from 23.9 and get 14.6.  Whenever you add a positive to a negative like we do here, the answer will become a smaller negative number if the positive number is "smaller" than the negative number.

Which craftworld should I choose to colect for Warhammer 9th edition:
g100num [7]

Answer:

Ulthwé was caught in the pull of the Eye of Terror, where the Immaterium intersects with realspace. It is a breeding ground for Chaos and a gateway into the Warp. Due to this baleful proximity to the Eye, Ulthwé must be on constant high alert in case of attacks by the Forces of Chaos. Constant risk and warfare has hardened this Craftworld's citizens to hardship. Due to the lack of Aspect Warriors on the Craftworld, Ulthwé maintains a standing militia known as the Black Guardians, who are more skilled and better-trained than the Guardians of other Craftworlds.Step-by-step explanation:
