It is officer discretion on how many over they will stop you, some agencies could have protocols. Technically 1 over is speeding and you can get a ticket for it, but most officers will wait at least till 5 over and up to make a stop.

!!Take note 20 under the speed limit is impeding, also 20 over the speed limit can be reckless driving, or careless driving!!

In snow road conditions it is ideal to travel around 35 MPH, In rain road conditions it is ideal to travel about 45 MPH. !(Which is included on any type of roadway)!

!!If officer feel like you are operating your motor vehicle in a unsafe manner for the conditions, the officer can stop you and give you a ticket!!

Describe an argument that States' Rights advocates might use to make their case that the centralization is a bad thing. Include
erma4kov [3.2K]

Answer:

The concept or argument of this States’ Rights advocates of states’ rights has placed a much greater belief and confidence in decentralized or regional governments than that of the centralized government. According to their arguments, state governments, regional government are more proactive, responsive, concerned and has that popular control, more sensitive to local issues and problems, and of course they have more understanding of their culture and values which the state’s upholds. Some the reason for the argument about centralized system of government being bad is as follows:

1) Remote control

The organization’s executives are under tremendous pressure to formulate decisions for the organization, and they lack control over the implementation process. The failure of executives to decentralize the decision-making process adds a lot of work to their desk

2) Bureaucratic leadership

Centralized management resembles a dictatorial form of leadership where employees are only expected to deliver results according to what the top executives assigned them. Employees are unable to contribute to the decision-making process of the organization, and they are merely implementers of decisions made at the higher level.

When is a statement against interest also a hearsay?
andre [41]

Answer:

C

Explanation:

Declarations against interest are an exception to the rule on hearsay in which a person's statement may be used, where generally the content of the statement is so prejudicial to the person making it that he would not have made the statement unless he believed the statement was true.

And statements are usually made in court.

Statement Offered Against a Party That Wrongfully Caused the Declarant’s Unavailability. A statement offered against a party that wrongfully caused — or acquiesced in wrongfully causing — the declarant’s unavailability as a witness, and did so intending that result.

is exempted from testifying about the subject matter of the declarant’s statement because of the court rules

Explanation:

a) Stakeholders benefit from an evaluation research.  Therefore, they possess a vested interest in how an evaluation research is organized and its results because of the benefits they are likely to derive from the evaluation.

b) Quality Content is not surface content.  It is the content that delivers useful information and makes a difference in the understanding of the readers.

c) Questionnaire determine the direction and result of any research.  They address the primary question by asking secondary questions in order to elicit broader responses.  If questionnaire are drafted to answer some research questions, they may not be suitable for other research questions which do not answer the related questions.  So any use of archives and records that are based on different questionnaire may not be suitable for another research and the questions it intends to answer.

d) Generic content is the surface or visible content that a reader gets from any text.  The underlying message may be different.  It is only the quality content that gives this underlying meaning.

f) Grounded Theory is a theory that supports research efforts by ensuring that the observer becomes a participant in order to experience and at the same time observe the behaviors of other participants.  It delivers first-hand experience to add to recorded observations.

g) Interviews enable pre-determined questions and questions formed during the process to be asked.  It is unlike questionnaire which have pre-determined questions without allowing for on the spot or reactive questions.
