I believe it is inappropriate to require pre-marriage genetic testing. Just because people are getting married doesn’t mean they’re going to have children. They honestly shouldn’t require genetic testing at all unless the state is paying for it.
A plant would not grow well in green light because the chlorophyll absorbs mostly red and blue light while allowing green light to be reflect which is why it appears to be green
