First off as you we can see there is light as well as Darknes. This exact picture I believe looks to be a sort of *Entity* is believed to be controlling the world. His hand looking sinister at the bottom there and look at how his hand is near the Darkside of the earth. Over all this Picture seems to imply something or someone sinister is controlling the earth.
