So i think it would be stable over the years unless u have factors that will affect the cycle depending on a persons health

1. The term stan means “land of,” so, for example, Uzbekistan is the land of the Uzbeks. Central Asia is also referred to as Turkestan. because of the Turkish influence in the region.

More than 500,000 residents fled during this time because of persecution, increased poverty and better economic opportunities in the West or in other former Soviet republics.

7. Russia has enjoyed rapid economic expansion. all former Soviet states have joined the Commonwealth of Independent States. Russia has experienced hyperinflation and economic contraction.

The period marked the end of many communist regimes in response to mass protests. End of cold war: End of arms race, end of ideological confrontations. Change in power equations: Unipolar world, capitalist ideology, IMF, World Bank.

Transformed Central Asia  into a center for cotton and silk production, and relocated tens of thousands of people to the city from around the Soviet Union. 8. In the recent past, during the 1980s, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) played a significant role in inserting U.S. influence in Afghanistan by funding military operations designed to frustrate the Soviet invasion of that country.
