The structures are;
Testis; Vas efferentia, seminal vesicles, and then the ureters.
A male frog has two testes, which are attached to its kidney. Sperms travels through the kidneys into ureters, (Carry urine from the kidneys to bladder. 
The testes are attached to the dorsal wall of the kidney, it is where sperms are formed through a process of spermatogenesis. vas efferentia arises from the testis and opens into Bidder's canal. Seminal vesicle is where the sperms are stored until they are ejected out during copulation. The ureter, runs through the kidneys; the sperms pass out through this duct along with urine.
