I would say it is D Personification.

First of all, the word begins with a capital letter which gives entity to the concept. It would be considered in the same category of a proper name. It is like giving "Death" humanlike qualities or characteristic.

Rasek [7]

Answer:

Larks mean tricks

Explanation:

A lark is something done as a trick, joke, mischief, for fun.

Someone may say they did something as a lark. What they mean is, it was done for fun or not taking it seriously.

But to ply Lark on the public as used here means tricks.

The leap by Louise Erdrich what statement best expresses the theme of the short story
maxonik [38]

Answer:

The clearest theme in “The Leap” is presented by the title itself, that of bridging gaps, making connections between things. Physical, temporal, and emotional connections provide a thread that runs through the story. The most obvious are the two physical leaps made by Anna, as a trapeze artist, to save herself and her children from fire.

Please mark brainliest.
