Answer:

Explanation:

The natural resources found in the New England Colonies included: fish, whales, trees, and furs. The natural resources found in the Middle Colonies included: iron ore and good soil. The natural resources found in the Southern Colonies included: rich farmlands, forests, and fish. I dunno exactly if this will help but I hope it does.

Resources were located in different areas in the 13 colonies primarily due to climate. For example, ship building would be found in the New England colonies such as Massachusetts because of the Coldwater Shores instead of a place like North Carolina in the southern colonies where there is few ports to sail to and away from.

John Locke, is the right answer.

John Locke is one of the most prominent political thinkers of the modern age. The "Two Treatises of Government" published in the year 1690 was his major work in which he supported the idea that men are free and equal by nature against the very claims that all men had naturally created a subject to a monarchy by the God. Locke was the first to argue that all men are naturally free and equal. Moreover, he claimed that people have some natural rights i.e, the right to life, liberty and property.
