Answer:

x=1/2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given is  the graph of rectangle QUAD and its reflection.

We find that there is a line in the middle which is the line of reflection.

To find the line of reflection:

Take the coordinates of any one vertex

(say)

U(-2,2) and U' = (3,2)

The y coordinate remains the same

Hence the line of reflection can be only a vertical line of the form x =a

Since mirror lies exactly in the middle we find the line of reflection has to pass through mid point of U and U'

Mid point of UU' = (1/2, 2)

Since line of reflection is of the form x=a, and it passes through (1/2,2)

the line of reflection is

x=\frac{1}{2}

Ahmad’s goal is to exercise for a mean of 45 minutes per day for one week. For the first six days of the week, he exercised 35,
scoray [572]

Answer:

41.5

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the mean, your supposed to add all the numbers you have and divide by how many numbers there are. In this question your numbers are 35, 40,37,42,45, and 50.

If you add them all up you get 249. Your next step is to divide by how many numbers there are. Since there are 6, your equation will now be 249 divided by 6. Your answer is now 41.5

So on the 7th day Ahmad exercised for 41.5 minutes. If you need to round then maybe 41 minutes.

 2. Then, you have:

 Sin(72°)=x/4

 When you solve for x, you obtain the following result:

 4Sin(72°)=x
 x=3.8 feet

 The answer is: 3.8 feet</span>
