Answer:

Pride and prejudice is a feminist book which broke barriers and was a revolutionary book for its time. This classic written by Jane Austen has sparked many different debates and brought classrooms to long discussions. The fact that, despite the time's norms, Elizabeth chose to reject Mr. Collins proposal and find herself someone she actually cares about shows just how forward-thinking Jane Austen was.

Answer:

Summary is about the book <em>14 Hollow Road</em>

Explanation:

The book starts out and you meet Maddie who is excited because tonight she's going to her first ever middle school dance. Tonight is the night she'll hang out with her bestie Kiersten and hopefully get to dance with her crush Avery. She is sadly disappointed when she gets there because Avery asks another girl to dance. she is even more devastated when she gets the news that a tornado has come through her neighborhood and destroyed specifically her and Avery's house. this means avery and maddie are going to spend the entire summer in the same house, which is exciting and terrifying. throughout the book you watch maddie as her relationships build and break. her and avery grow an unbreakable bond, but her and kiersten have their share of ups and downs. The whole book pretty much revolves around one specific plot point which is maddie's insecurity about kiersten. She thinks that kiersten is replacing her with the new girl gabby at school. Also just all of the stress and anxiety maddie is feeling, everything she's learned to love in life is gone, this makes her take out her anger, sadness, and frustration on friends and her loved ones. In the end, she realizes what's really important in life. Even when her house gets rebuilt she doesn't feel better because some of her relationships have been torn. Once she fixes things with Kiersten and Gabby it's like her life has been put back together. Possessions and money aren't what's important in life. Its your friends and family that keep you on the ground through hard times.

Each person, regardless of age or backgrounds, have the right to krump. How should the sentence above be rewritten to correct th
Gnesinka [82]
<span>The correct answer is "Each person, regardless of age or backgrounds, has the right to krump." 'Has' is a third person singular form of the verb 'have.' This means that it will be used in a sentence where the subject is another person (not yourself.) In this case, the subject is "person," which is singular and not yourself. What if the subject of this sentence was "people" instead of person? We would use "have" because the subject is now plural!</span>

"The reward feels good, and we keep doing what others want us to do in order to get the reward. With the fear of being punished
MrRa [10]

Answer:

Positive Punishment

Explanation:

<em>Positive punishments illustrate a kind of conditioning that includes learning through rewards and punishments in order to reinforce a deliberate behavior. </em>Positive punishments evoke a negative consequence as a result of an unexpected and undesired behavior to reduce the probability of such behavior and circumstances in behavior. As per the question, the phrase "fear of not getting the reward" in psychological terminology is exemplified as "positive punishment" as it evokes a response that prevents the occurring of such behavior(undesired behavior) in the future. Thus, the answer is '<u>positive punishment'</u> that reinforces an idea.
