PLEASE HELP difference between a Round Character and a Flat Character

Answer:

ok so basically a flat character is bland and uncomplicated, a very simple being, and does not change over the course of a story

a round character is more complex and go through character development

Flat characters are two-dimensional in that they are relatively uncomplicated and do not change throughout the course of a work. By contrast, round characters are complex and undergo development, sometimes sufficiently to surprise the reader.
